International Sales Manager

Our products have been very well received by the market and therefore our sales force will now be strengthened by a Sales Manager. Our customers are well known global logistics companies.


As a Sales Manager at Cind, it will be your responsibility to work on both new and existing customers to drive Cind´s success in Europe with the main focus being the German market. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong drive who wants to be part of and influence a great journey at an early phase. The role involves helping to define the strategy and profit targets for the region and being very "hands on" to win new business.

To apply, you must have current sales experience within business to business. Previous experience in the logistics industry would be ideal but candidates with other sales background will also be considered.


In Addition, You Should Bring The Following

  • 5+ years of international sales experience

  • German (native speaker level) and proficient English language

  • Industry experience and/or knowledge preferred

  • Entrepreneurial, results-oriented professional who has demonstrated success in winning new business opportunities

  • A ‘can do’ attitude with internal strong sense of urgency

  • Able to travel extensively and be effective in a variety of business cultures

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Marketing experience is an advantage

Since the focus of this role is on hunting business, your personality is the most important asset to us.
